About Typing Defense
Typing Defense is a free online typing castle-defense game. Invaders march down three lanes at your wall — type each one’s word and your archers loose arrows. Bigger foes need several words to fall, combos call extra volleys and even a wizard, and holding all 5 waves wins the siege.
Guide How to play
- Pick a difficulty: Easy, Normal, or Hard. Harder sieges march faster with more lanes of foes.
- Type an invader’s word to target it — your archers fire on completion.
- Knights and captains have HP: keep typing fresh words until they fall.
- Click (or tap) any enemy to force-target it first.
- Each breach damages the wall — at 0 health the castle falls. Clearing a wave heals +1 heart.
💡 Tips to type faster
- Type the closest invader first — closeness is danger.
- Use clicks to override targeting when a captain threatens the wall.
- Keep combos alive: at 3+ combo you fire double volleys, at 5 the wizard joins.
- Save accuracy for knights — misses on multi-word foes waste precious seconds.
