Memory Typing is a free online typing memory game on a starry purple board. Cards flip face-up so you can memorize them — then they flip face-down and you must type each word purely from memory. Match every card to clear the level, across 4 levels per difficulty.
How to play Memory Typing
- Pick a difficulty: Easy, Normal, or Hard. Harder modes use more cards and longer words.
- Study the face-up cards during the preview countdown — memorize every word.
- When cards flip face-down, type any word you remember to match it.
- Match all cards before the level timer runs out to clear the level.
- Running out of time costs one heart and retries the level — lose all hearts and the run ends.
- Press Esc to pause (only between targets) and Enter to start or restart.
Memory Typing tips
- Read every card out loud in your head once — hearing words helps memory.
- Memorize in groups: animals together, foods together, and so on.
- Type your surest words first to bank progress before the timer bites.
- Short words are quick wins; save long words for when the board is clearer.
