Tips for this lesson
- Muscle Memory. Every correct keystroke strengthens the pathway in your brain. Every wrong one strengthens a bad habit. Type slowly and accurately at first — speed is a side effect of precision, not the other way around.
- Take a Break. Typing uses small muscles that tire quickly. Take a short break every 20 minutes: stand up, stretch your fingers, roll your shoulders, and look at something far away. You will return fresher and faster.
